This Privacy Policy applies to the KOSAKU mobile application (package: com.karsawave.kosaku, hereinafter referred to as the "App"), managed by Koperasi Mahasiswa (KOPMA) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Us"). The App is used by members and administrators of KOPMA UIN JKT to access savings services, transactions, and cooperative membership information.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of data as described in this policy.

1. Data We Collect

a. Account & Membership Data
Name, student ID/member number, email address, and phone number used for login and identity verification of cooperative members.

b. Cooperative Financial Data
Information on savings (mandatory savings, principal savings, voluntary savings), transaction history, profit-sharing (SHU), savings trends, and arrears status. This data originates from the cooperative's internal record-keeping system based on your membership status, not data you freely input.

c. App PIN
The PIN you create to access the App is stored encrypted on your device. We do not store the PIN in plain text on our servers.

d. Notification Token
The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to send notifications related to transactions and cooperative announcements. For this purpose, your device will be registered with a push notification token.

e. Advertising Data
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and related data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of Data Use

The data collected is used solely to:

Display information on savings, transactions, profit-sharing (SHU), and arrears for members.
Send transaction notifications and official cooperative announcements.
Verify identity and secure your account.

We do not sell or lease your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes outside the cooperative's operations.

We share certain data only with the following service providers, limited to what is necessary to operate the App:

Google Firebase - for push notification services.
Google AdMob - for displaying advertisements within the App.

4. Data Security

We implement security measures such as on-device PIN encryption and encrypted connections (HTTPS) between the App and our server to protect your data from unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request an explanation, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the details in Section 7. Account deletion requests will be processed in compliance with the cooperative's applicable financial record-keeping obligations.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your membership status with KOPMA UIN JKT remains active, and thereafter for the period required by applicable cooperative financial record-keeping regulations.
